INTORE SOLUTIONS is a sustainable digital platform that enables individuals to register as RPF members, access important information, stay updated on the party’s activities, and make their contributions. Previously, the system was available only through a USSD service accessed by dialing *966#, and at that time it was limited exclusively to local users in Rwanda, as they were the only ones who could register through the system. I was glad to be part of the development team commissioned by the RPF Headquarters to build the modern web-based version of Intore Solutions, which now allows both local citizens and people living abroad to register easily, follow party updates, and contribute through a more advanced, user-friendly, and accessible platform.

IsŌkoAI is a transformative initiative dedicated to decolonizing artificial intelligence in Africa by harnessing the continent's own intelligence and data. My mission is to build AI systems that are truly by and for Africa, ensuring technology serves as an engine for equitable progress and authentic cultural representation.

The Problem: AI Models Don't Understand African Languages or Contexts.

Current mainstream AI models systematically fail to grasp the nuances of African languages and contexts. This isn't a minor technical gap; it's a direct result of historical and data inequity. These models are trained on datasets that are not only poor in linguistic diversity for African languages but are also laden with social biases, including racial biases that were birthed by colonialism and remain prevalent in these models. The legacy of colonialism isn't just in history books; it's baked into the code.

Let me give you examples:
I: When I asked a state-of-the-art AI model to translate a foundational Kinyarwanda proverb, it produced a result that was not only linguistically broken but also culturally offensive, unable to distinguish profound wisdom from insult.
II: I also asked two other models to create an image of a Black doctor treating a white child. Instead, they did the inverse, producing images of a White doctor treating a Black child. These are not mere glitches; they are symptoms of a system fundamentally misaligned with our reality, leading to failures in critical sectors:

• Education: AI tutoring tools provide inaccurate or culturally irrelevant content, hindering digital learning.
• Healthcare: Diagnostic tools or health information bots misunderstand local symptom descriptions, risking patient safety.
• Translation & Communication: Services produce clumsy, incorrect, or even offensive translations, breaking down communication.
• Financial Inclusion: Credit scoring and customer service bots fail to interpret local financial behaviors and dialects.
• Cultural Preservation: The inability to process languages orally means AI cannot pronounce African names or words correctly, eroding cultural identity and creating barriers to access. (A model can perfectly pronounce "Zurich" but stumbles over "Kigali").

IsŌkoAI Solution: Intelligence Rooted in Context

IsŌkoAI's goal is to tackle this challenge by building from the ground up. My primary mission is to develop an AI system powered by a model deeply rich in Kinyarwanda, one that understands its linguistic intricacies, cultural context, and unspoken nuances.

Broader Goals:

• Provide a foundational tool for developers to build inclusive applications in education, health, and finance.
• Set a new standard for accuracy and cultural sensitivity in AI for African languages.
• Challenge the paradigm of adapting biased, foreign models, and instead pioneer the creation of sovereign AI intelligence.

IsŌkoAI v1.0 (Current):

Is establishing itself as a capable and nuanced AI for chatting and text generation in Kinyarwanda. It demonstrates the potential of a locally trained approach.

IsŌkoAI v2.0 (The Future):

The goal is to incorporate advanced multimodal capabilities, with a key focus on mastering the pronunciation of Kinyarwanda. This will enable voice-based applications, making technology accessible to everyone, including those who are not literate or who rely on oral tradition.

The Smart Cargo System revolutionizes logistics management for Smart Cargo Rwanda Ltd by replacing an outdated, fragmented, and error-prone operational model.

The Problem: Chaos in Coordination and Communication

Previously, the company relied on a chaotic mix of Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and SMS to coordinate between its three key agencies:

• The port in China
• The port of Discharge
• And Kigali office

Also, clients had to physically visit the office to place orders. This manual approach was immensely demanding, leading to:

• Frequent data errors and severe communication delays
• Constant information mismatches between agencies
• No single source of truth, causing confusion and inefficiency
• Poor client experience—tracking shipments was nearly impossible
• Version control issues for documents was a persistent problem

The solution: I developed this Modern Advanced system

Now, the comprehensive online Smart Cargo System seamlessly handles all these challenges, introducing streamlined digital management and real-time transparency:

Garden of Eat’n App is the official mobile application for Garden of Eat’n Hotel, designed to deliver a seamless and modern dining experience.

The app allows guests to explore the hotel’s full restaurant menu with clear descriptions and pricing, place and customize orders effortlessly, and track their orders in real time from preparation to delivery.

Users can also reserve tables by selecting their preferred date, time, and number of guests, eliminating the need for phone calls.

With instant notifications for order updates and reservation confirmations, Garden of Eat’n brings convenience, efficiency, and quality service directly to guests’ fingertips.

Enigma Machine Simulator is a C++–based implementation of the historic Enigma encryption device, designed to accurately replicate its original cryptographic behavior. The project simulates the complete Enigma I machine, including authentic rotor wirings, the double-stepping mechanism, and reversible encryption and decryption. It features configurable rotors, ring settings, and plugboard connections, all implemented using precise modular arithmetic to ensure historical accuracy. The system is structured around core components—rotors, reflector, plugboard, and a central `EnigmaMachine` class—working together to deliver a faithful, modular, and extensible simulation of one of the most significant encryption machines in history.

VisitRwanda App will serve as the official tourism application for Rwanda and the Visit Rwanda program. It will function as a comprehensive travel and destination guide, showcasing the country’s attractions, experiences, culture, and practical trip-planning resources.

The app will highlight Rwanda’s exceptional natural beauty and biodiversity, from volcanoes, rainforests, and sweeping plains to renowned national parks such as Volcanoes, Nyungwe, Akagera, and Gishwati-Mukura. Visitors will be able to explore experiences including mountain gorilla tracking, chimpanzee trekking, and wildlife safaris. The platform will emphasize responsible and sustainable tourism, cultural heritage, vibrant local traditions, outdoor adventure, sports tourism, and unique experiences tailored to diverse traveler profiles.

Users will be able to discover activities, access curated itineraries, plan trips, and book essential services such as gorilla and primate tracking permits, city tours, and nature walks within the app or through integrated third-party booking systems via APIs. Additionally, the app will provide essential travel information on destinations, accommodations, activities, safety, events, and hospitality, serving as a central gateway for learning about Rwanda while planning an unforgettable journey.
